GASSHUKU \ day 2-3-4  :

• Pré-inscription conseillée.  
• Le nombre de participants peut être limité pour des raisons de capacités d'accueil. JKA C.O se réserve le droit de réduire et/ou limiter ce nombre selon les conditions d'organisation. Les personnes  pré-inscrites sont prioritaires.

SAYONARA PARTY :

Règlement intérieur,  tenue & attitude 

- Les participants  portent un karate-gi blanc, propre et neutre de toute marque personnelle. Ils ne porteront sur eux aucun objet ou bijou susceptible de blesser leurs partenaires. L’organisation décline toute responsabilité en cas d’incident découlant du port des objets précités. L'organisation décline également toute responsabilité en cas de perte ou de vol d’objet de valeur. Les téléphones  téléphones portables seront éteints pendant les cours.  Dans ses propos et son attitude, tout participant doit faire preuve de la plus grande courtoisie. 

Cession de droits d’image   & précisions particulières

L’inscription au stage  vaut acceptation du règlement intérieur et donne autorisation de l’utilisation de l’image du participant (vidéogrammes, dessins, photographies, etc.) . Cette autorisation est faite à titre gracieux.

Les informations recueillies sur ce formulaire sont enregistrées dans un fichier informatisé par JKA C.O. 
Elles sont destinées à la direction de la collecte et aux tiers mandatés par JKA C.O  à des fins d'inscription et de participation au stage. Ces données ne sont pas transférées à des tiers  et sont conservées pendant la durée strictement nécessaire aux finalités précédemment citées. 

Conformément à la loi « informatique et libertés » et à la règlementation européenne, vous pouvez vous opposer à l’utilisation de vos données à caractère personnel. Vous pouvez également introduire une réclamation auprès de la CNIL. Vous bénéficiez d’un droit d’accès à vos données pour leur rectification, limitation, portabilité ou effacement, en contactant JKA C.O  par mail à jkaboulogne@gmail.com .

Rules, dress & etiquette.

- Participants wear white karate-gi, clean and neutral of any personal branding. They will not wear any object or jewelry that could harm their partners. The organization declines all responsibility in the event of an incident arising from the wearing of the aforementioned objects. The organization also accepts no liability for loss or theft of valuables. Cell phones will be turned off during class. In his remarks and his attitude, all participants must show the greatest courtesy.

Assignment of image rights & special details

Registration for the course implies acceptance of the rules of procedure and gives authorization to use the participant's image (videograms, drawings, photographs, etc.). This authorization is given free of charge.

The information collected on this form is recorded in a file computerized by JKA C.O.
They are intended for the collection department and third parties mandated by JKA C.O for the purposes of registration and participation in the course. These data are not transferred to third parties and are kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes mentioned above.

In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law and European regulations, you can object to the use of your personal data. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL.
